FanFest Exhibitor Application Form

Halton Hills FanFest takes place at the Georgetown Branch of the Halton Hills Public Library (9 Church Street, Georgetown, ON) on Saturday, April 18, 2026 from 10:00am to 4:00pm. To cover the cost of renting the lobby space, exhibitors selected to participate will be charged a $10 fee paid in cash upon arrival to have a table at FanFest.

You will be provided with a 2.5 x 6 foot rectangular folding table and chairs for your booth. Please keep in mind that space around your booth is limited. Tables may be located on the main level lobby or lower level lobby within the Halton Hills Cultural Centre and Library. The location of your table will be determined by Library staff, but please let us know if you have a preference. 

  • Content of exhibit must be "family friendly" (e.g., no nudity, no profanity, no excessive blood, or gore, etc.). A sampling of 2-3 images of your work should be submitted with this application. Images will be used for exhibitor selection and promotional purposes. 
  • Booth set up will take place on Saturday, April 18 between 9:00-9:45am. The Halton Hills FanFest begins at 10:00am. 
  • Exhibitors are responsible for their own equipment and extension cords. 
  • Those setting up the booth and dismantling the booth will need to be able to lift and carry all their booth items from their vehicle to the booth and back as we do not have a loading area nor staff to assist. 
  • You must have a representative at your booth at all times. We recommend having 2 people at your table to provide breaks, as needed. 
  • Booths with power outlets are limited and we will make every effort to provide them to all who require one, however, we cannot guarantee it.
  • The booth must be completely dismantled following the closing of the event at 4:00pm.
  • If you are planning to sell items at your booth, you will be responsible for providing a cash float. 

All vendors are required to submit proof of insurance to Emma Lupinacci by April 3, 2026. If you have questions about the fee, please contact Emma Lupinacci, Youth Services Librarian.
